Sisters Natalie and Erica are former professional dancers with a background in business, mental health, nutrition, and fitness. Having danced professionally in New York City, California, and New Jersey, they bring a knowledge of movement and artistry to their perspective of fitness. The discipline and devotion they were accustomed to in their dance careers made for an easy transition into the fitness world. Growing up in a family of small business owners, they are skilled at the details in running a business efficiently. Along with years of training and experience in the sport and fitness circuit, both women also hold degrees in various areas of health sciences and psychology so they have a great understanding of physical and mental health. This enables them to understand the intrinsic connection between a healthy mind and body.
