We are here to meet your fitness needs whether you are a college athlete, a mom squeezing in time for herself, or just trying to get healthy. Our group classes cater to all aspects of fitness on all different levels.

For the collegiate/competitive athlete, we offer a comprehensive strength and conditioning program. If you are new to exercise or apprehensive about joining a gym, our professional trainers have the knowledge and experience to get you started safely and teach you properly so you can progress towards your goals. We will start where you are.

As a gym that is owned by women, we have created a space where women also feel comfortable getting strong. We pride ourselves on our positive environment and inclusiveness. Come grow with us!


CrossFit TreeHouse is inspired by the symbol of a tree. While a tree can have many different symbolic meanings, what resonates with us is the idea of growth, strength, and perseverance. A tree endures changes in seasons; harsh winters, extreme heat, even the loss of its leaves, and it still grows anyway. Our gym strives to be a community that like a “house” in a strong tree, withstands the stresses of life and promotes each members growth in strength both mentally and physically.

Our goal is that our gym will be a space where positive change can happen. When you surround yourself with a group that is focused on progressing and growing, it helps you to find the strength and motivation to progress and grow also.

What are our classes like?

Our regular CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community. Regardless of your past athletic achievements or current fitness level, you will benefit from the training at CrossFit TreeHouse.

In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be led by our trainers through multiple phases of fitness and recovery:

  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout
  • A strength set or combination of strength-building movements
  • The Workout of the Day- which could be a combination of gymnastics, plyometrics, Olympic lifting, running, and more
  • Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout

Our programming is designed to improve our members’ health and performance in the way that is most meaningful for their needs and desires. Everyone walking through our doors has a vast range of personal goals and ability levels, our group training program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs.
