OUR CLASSES


CROSSFIT

Our regular CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community. Regardless of your past athletic achievements or current fitness level, you will benefit from the training at CrossFit TreeHouse. In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be led by our trainers through multiple phases of fitness and recovery:

  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout
  • A strength set or combination of strength-building movements
  • The Workout of the Day- which could be a combination of gymnastics, plyometrics, Olympic lifting, running, and more
  • Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout


OPEN GYM

Open Gym is the time for you to come in and work on a skill, or make-up a workout that you missed during the week. A coach will be here to guide you and help you, without the structure and time restraints of a group class.



PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your trainer will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Your trainer will guide you through each session. Your private training experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:

  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
  • Strength and conditioning exercises are chosen to specifically achieve your goal
  • Post-workout recovery techniques
  • Health, wellness, and lifestyle support


INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING

This option is for a more individualized fitness journey. After answering a detailed questionnaire, your trainer will create a workout program specific to your needs and goals. Whether your goal is to do a CrossFit competition, run a marathon, enter a body building show, or lose weight, this program is for you. This track is also for the individual that is coming back from an injury or surgery, someone wanting additional workouts outside of CrossFit classes, someone working odd hours where attending group class is nearly impossible, or someone simply wanting to work on a specific weakness. There is constant communication and support between trainer and athlete through email.
